According to the NY Post, Spencer gave everyone in first-class a copy of Playboy Magazine with his wife, Heidi, on the cover. The real celeb was on a flight back to LAX from the Bahamas when he lost his mind. Looks like Spencey is either really proud or just desperate. I think the latter is most accurate.
